Methodology
Our innovation methodology aims to systematically analyze and understand a particular sector of the client's company, while identifying opportunities for new systems, services, or customer experiences.
Whether it's examining the areas in which users encounter problems yet an ideal solution is not forthcoming, or whether it's instigating new ideas, we will take all aspects into consideration as part of our 'design thinking'-inspired methodology.
Rather than getting caught up in the theory, we focus on tangible results from the outset.
From Idea to Prototype
Subsequently, in collaboration with the conception and technology teams at Sinartis, new solutions are developed and prototypes created (ergonomic models, clickable graphic prototypes, etc.). Once the prototype has been validated, our teams can take it even further, to the implementation and launch of pilot projects in which all aspects of pre-production are defined together with you (development of a solution, Minimum Viable Product or 'MVP'). The final stage involves transforming successful pilot projects into permanent activities that are fully integrated into your (operational) company or one of your business units.
